Aliexpress - Sorry Company will not refund back to customers
i have tried and tried to get my refund back from this company Please don't buy from them anything from overseas in China stores the sellers don't speak very good english and don't want you to return the items and they don't want to refund your money back to your credit card I have tried for months to get my refund back on some wigs that i purchase back in May this year here it is almost Sept 2016 and still have not received my refund yet...So please do not buy from this store even the cloths are cheap and under sized not to fit us in this country in cheap material fashion the wigs don't look the same once they arrived they are not styled like in the on line ads the hair is not the same at all the sellers want to know why you are sending it back ask many question and will not reply back to you on line try to bribe you to keep the items they hate a bad rating for they stores over there i gave them a low rating because of the cheap looking wigs and clothes that they make to *** off on you in America to us

Do you mean Aliexpress as a whole or just a particular seller. A valid complaint made by someone who really knows how to drop ship would have made the distinction.
Please tell me you ordered samples before selling them to your customers.
