We paid $450.92 for tablets purchased from in July. When we received it at the beginning we only requested $30 refund because of the terrible quality of the faulty keyboard ( as shown in the picture '3' is missing on the keyboard we found out) but after more investigations later we found out the quality of the tablets is terrible they don't match the descriptions in the advertisements at all the advertisement is completely misleading, so after investigations we request full refund of $450.92 instead of $30 due to the reasons above: terrible qualities and misleading fake advertisements which have wasted all our time and energy on the researches of their products.
The seller put the order in' completed ' status, which makes it impossible for us to claim the full refund and return the products with free shipping.
We want full refund and return for free shipping due to the facts that the advertisements are completely misleading and fraudulent, the true operating system is only ddr3 not ddr5 as advertised, the android system is only 8.1 not android 13 as advertised, the keyboard is faulty and broken etc. all these proofs indicate that the advertisements are completed scams and misleading I want full refund of $450.92 and return products for free shipping.
This purchase experience is terrible, and it is completely wasting my time after I have completed all the researches we realize in fact the advertisements are misleading and fraudulent.
The screen of tablets is fake, the image quality is so bad too.
We have kept the tablets in the packages for more than 1 Month while we wait for the shipping label to return them, the seller doesn't send the shipping label, this is so bad.We want to return the terrible quality tablets, the seller should send us shipping label for us to return the fake terrible quality tablets but the seller hasn't sent the shipping label at all until now. We are so unsatisfied with the fake terrible qualities and service they provide.

That's a real scam.. He asked me kindly to change the reason of refund: seller: Hi, friend, sorry for that, okay, you can return it back for refund, and could you kindly change another dispute reason? Your help will be appreciated. according to the policy, only when we got the returned item, then we can apply the full refund for you.
Regarding this, we can resend a new one for you, or we refund you $30( now is $42) and you do not need to return it back? which means we suffer huge loss from it, hope for your kind understanding. I talked with AliExpress agent ,her name is Rgn. She said, only wait, do nothing, we will send you full refund.After that Aliexpress suggests me partial refund.

27 Agent RGN chat: Here's what we gonna do, we will submit a courtesy refund for you so you don't have to process any returns and wait for more days for your refund to be processed. I have consulted with my supervisor and she agreed to give you a courtesy refund. If I pay money and get defective product,why I have not any right to get full refund. Company has to provide buyer free shipping return labels, if they ask to return the defective product.
This is a real violation and fraud. AliExpress has to protect customers from violated deals. AliExpress push buyer to pay themselves for the shipping returns, of course ,seller refuse to pay for that. Buyer pay for detective product return almost the same price , and AliExpress provides for buyer credit coupons only.
Finally ,buyer is inside of strap:
1.To get half priced refund without return.
Or
2. To get full priced return , paying for the shipping return very expensive prise.
Thats a real fraud and scam. Please make constructive solution and reconsider AliExpress politics. Again, my proposal is full refund for not working , defective product , without return - $70.02 or provide me free shipping return labels, and I will send back this defective product with pleasure.
Canada post exact estimation of shipping returns is $55.10. All documents have been sent for AliExpress dispute team.
According their solutions, they make vision, that they do not notice that. I just would like to know why does aliexpress team side with a scammer-seller Boblov?

I received the order and want my money back, I paid so much for such terrible quality.
On the packet its written synthetic wig and not Human hair, The seller promised me good full quality but I received something I did not order.
They keep asking me to cancel dispute and reopen knowing we I cant open it once closed and loose all my buyers protection. They forcing me to not give a bad review and they will refund me.
I was scammed for 2 wigs. I received something I didnt order, I have have an on going dispute and I feel bad for customers that cancelled believing they will be refunded and got scammed.

I've had two of my last orders be in the status of unsuccessful delivery due to wrong address I called my postal worker I live in a trailer park they have a lot numbers assigned mine's marked on the house on the trailer itself but I went out there and put a sign on my mailbox I've been talking to my postal worker about all this I'm just completely unsatisfied I need my items and I promise you I need those items one is a dish drainer set that is green in color one is a set of crunch tips I'm disabled I cannot go out to grocery stores and the stores and buy things I'm forced to use the internet but you guys are forced me to not use you anymore in the history of my life in the future of my life excuse me I want my items no matter what and then that'll conclude our business but I cannot believe how y'all have mishandled me and and led me to believe that you were going to help in the next thing you know I'm saying it's returning to sender it's unacceptable. I bought 6 jackets from Ali Express.
Based on below pdf, shows that I have received all of my parcels successfully.
I was asked from my Emirate Post Office in Sharjah, They found that All of my packages arrived to other people with other item and other address and other name , but just under my track number.
It shows that Scammer guy used other people's track line to be used for me , to show that my parcel is on the way.
if you see the customer review for this scammer, all of the buyers have protest that they didn't receive their jackets.
who will be responsible in Ali Express for such this evidence of unsecure system?
So many people and me, losed money a lot because scammer offered cheap prices for some leather jackets.
This is the first time I see such this un-secure problems that any scammer can easily cheat people and go !

The above numbers are ID Numbers, but tracking number has mentioned in below pdf that shows already received to me, but post offices told me scammers used other process line of other poeple's tracking for you with your address too.
Post office called to the people who received my parcels, they showed their parcel that they received different item (as they boutght), in different name (under their name), and different address (their address).
I need you to find out what is the account number, or phone or address place, or any other qualification of the scammer soon.
If ali express management couldnlt find this scammer guy, Ali Express must manage to pay back the losed money of all these people like me.
How for so many years I was trusting Ali Express until now, but now a days is not trustable and secure at all ?!

On May 3 2023 I purchased a rc remote control drone. When I finally received it found out the remote would not do anything.
Even after a the remote was charged. Today is July 15th and still today I'm still going back and forth with the seller. They sent me a new remote and I told them any new remote has to be bound to drone. To this day the seller and his so called engineer still hasn't comprehend that .
I've ask over and over to refund my money and I've ask them just to replace with a new one .THEY NEVER RESPOND TO EITHER ONE OF THEM .I NEED HELP . This not my first purchase of a drone .I own 15 of them and three are DJI DRONES .

The delivery guy left it in front of my door rather than putting it in my mailbox he took a picture and left like a ghost rather than knocking on my door so then it's stolen so I go to Aliexpress and they tell me to get document from Apple Express the company that's ahipping I do that and Apple Express just tells me we delivered it but if you didn't get it get refund from Ali express since i did the transaction there so they are just telling me to go back and forth. Ali express is a scam partnership with apple express for all i know the delivery guy could have taken the package after he left it in my door step. So now Aliexpress won't refund me as Apple express isn't giving me any document. Ali express says that they have buyer protection but it's a lie they closed my case in a day because they say the tracking shows delivered even though I am telling them It was not outside my door and I live in apartment with a mail box so anyone including the delivery guy could have taken it after taking a picture of it next to my door but they don't do anything I ordered an Arduino Due from Ali express.

I started shopping with AliExpress since last year bought several items from them. Recently one of the items did not fit me so I asked to return so I can reorder the correct size.
I sent back right after I received the return label, the postal service receipt tracking also showed that they delivered. However, my refund status still pending. I thought they needed times to give me refund but they ended up closing out my refund process by claiming that they didnt receive my package. I appealed so many times via chats and calls on the phone or directly to the seller.
None of them wanted to step in to resolve my case. I provided them my receipt, snapshot of tracking process showing that package delivered, also post office report showing that the package delivered to the office according to the address on the return label they provided.
After all these evidence they still refused to give me the refund. I am very disappointed how they handled the return process, I feel that they scam me they took their product back and also took my money $46.98

True, it just heppened to me
I am having the same problem. I ordered stickers for my car, they sent the wrong ones.
Seller advised me to keep them and then told me to close the dispute, they would issue a new order with correct stickers and refund half my money. Since i closed the dispute the sellers are now saying i have completed my order it has arrived to its destination. I have messaged the seller extensively to ask for a refund as i haven’t received the correct item. Am getting annoyed now as i’m receiving sarcastic messages, they are not taking me seriously and keep maintaining i have received the goods.
Which is not true. All i want is a refund which they are ignoring.
I can’t even find the sellers lol
