They keep telling lies and keeps making fake promises and mis-commitments again and again. They don't even know how the customer support works, and they are full of offensive behaviors. I swear to god I will never ever use this Ali express and will do everything to let others know that Ali express is full of *** and their customer support sucks. I have attached the pictures of two orders which never actually arrived, and they keep lying to you (customer support)

Getting charged twice
Got charged twice for same product. Sale price 1st time , full price second time that is fraud this was not authorized. No customer service at all when I sent a message. No one is responding.

You owe me money
I was charged twice for the same amount and up until I seen the charges I had never even heard of this company before. They literally stole $162.20 from my account today and there's nothing I can do to get it back until they either push it through or give it back to me. I was unable to reach anyone through their website or on the phone!

Wasted money and my time looking for the perfect gift and the *** seller got the wrong address.
My two orders got sent back. The seller put my address wrong when I sent it correctly and post office sent it back to them.

I should not have to pay shipping b cause what I received was not as described at all I contacted the seller and let them know The size that I want for the custom order they agreed to send me the size I received something else I want to return the item I should not have to pay any shipping fee because they sent me the wrong item after agreeing on the custom order

I am writing a PEC to my national customer protection enforcement in order to have my rights and refund. I said that my local post office doesn't have anything for me to deliver and in order to have a deeper look they ask me for tracking number that seller never give to me even if I ask for it several times. I will go to my lawyer if necessary but i cannot give you further evidence because at post office do not have anything for me to collect!!! Please, be sure that i will go
