No delivery, no dispute possible because order is closed???

I ordered and paid for a wifi webcam, not really big money, but still. i ordered at gadget store and Melody X replied ones to my question about delivery. It would take 30 working days!! order was made on sept 20 2013. Today 29 dec 2013 still nothing received. since aliexpress closed the order before delivery, i could not open dispute. Mails to both aliexpress and the store I ordered were no longer replied to. So, no camera, no money, no reaction. This feels like fraude. I am glad that it was a small order, i was planning on more if all would have been ok. I have good experiences at other sites. regards.

Wedding Dress Return

I had the worst time trying to return a wedding dress because all the lace applique was shifted on the dress, so after being told that I would get a full refund and sending the dress back at great cost to myself using their return address. They said they haven't gotten the dress. The UPS tracking number said it has been delivered a week ago. I have gotten my bank involved and am leaving it with them. I keep getting emails that if I do not provide a tracking number they are sending the manufacture the money for my dress.

I still have not received a refund on the wedding dress I purchased. I tried to ooen a dispute without much luck.

The company wants me to change my reviews but refuses to send the miney back first. I think the company is totally a scam.

The dress was a Galina Signature dress. What I received is an awful dress that doesn't even closely resemble the dress. We have seen the real dress in person and the one we received is a fake. Supposedly ali express has a policy that if you receive a fake the shop you receive the item from will pay double the cost of the item. I have been e-mailing back & forth with the shop. the Cost of the dress was $173 . The shop offered $30 first now they are offering $50. I have tried to communicate with aliexpress but can't get to the prompts they say to go to to lodge a complaint. I offered to return the dress for a full refund and still the shop only wants to return $50 and that only if I change my feedback!

is been 3 months i never get my order and no customer service is done and is REALLY horrible and there is no person to speak to The delivery protection guarantee is a lie. I had an order from January that had a 60 day delivery time and only just received a refund a couple of days ago. It will take between 60-120 days for a dispute to be processed. I know that AliExpress like to lie and tell us otherwise but this is the case. They will also say that they will contact you in 2-3 days. This is also a lie.

I contacted "John Wilson" because they had issued two tracking numbers neither of which were working. I was informed that the package had gone via "Swiss post" and that they were more expensive but they were quicker at delivery !!!! Nothing arrived, and I again protested that the parcel must be lost as there was too much time between dispatch and todays date. The end of 45 days was aproaching so I opened a dispute hoping that "John Wilson" would either send me a replacement controller or cancel the order and refund. No none of that he has extended the delivery time by another month!!! Where do people like this get off? I thought I was dealing with a reputable company and I was looking to buy a minimum of 500 units but it seems this company does not give a dam.
