I buy 2 costumes from aliexpress.com $550 i paid and they are mirror bodysuits and costumes were defective , each mirrors has wholes on both sides right and left all over the suits and i e-mail to costumes service that I want my money back and I want to return costumes, they denied it and return me only $164 out of $550 . I do not need these bodysuits what am I going to do with defective costumes.

I appealed and they deny again. I am their customers for 7 years , I buy for thousands of $ every year and this is how they treat customers

I counseled an order on 22nd December 2024 and I was promised to be refunded between 23rd December 2024 to 1st January 2024. Until now I haven't received my money despite several followups, the refund section in this company is pathetic. I need my money or else this would go down differently with this companyPl

I have tried numerous times to get my account reinstated in order to exchange my item. The item currently delivered to me does not work.

My parcel from Guard Baby Store (Aliexpress) was supposed to be delivered between January 8 - January 23 and it has not yet been delivered. I'm trying to reach the store but have not received a response. Kindly take notice and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
