Aliexpress - Account deactivated

I have been buying stuff on Aliexpress for almost a year now. I'm a diamond buyer which means i put thousands of dallars on them.my orders made on Christmas never reached me even in March now. I opened disputes because the package did not arrive and tracking status shows order completed. As i opened many disputes aliexpress deactivated my account. Now i can't do anything on it. Aliexpress used to be much better than that. Am disappointed
