i bought an electronic unit/ cell phone tablet

once i acknowledge that i recieved the unit they would not let me open a dispute about the function of it

it isa veryu diffucul to communicate with them as there chat foroms only let u enter so much data and its very difficult to upload mandatory pics r vids to prove ur case

but once u do they just say there nothing they can do, or u entered ion wrong category etc, no one takes responsibility, aliexpress is seperate than the seller and they just play the blame gamer back n forth untill u get frustrated

also the seller said he would sell me replacement parts cheap[ if i gave good review, but refused once i complied

there system wont let me retract a good review

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1200.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I liked: Free shipping.

I didn't like: Lying about helping you, Actual product and service, Customer service.

SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME THEY SAID THEY WILL HELP ME TO ORDER CHEAP AND HOW TO REPLACED THE SCREEN.

AFTER THAT THEY DIDN'T CONTACT ME.
