The last 3 months I've been trying to solve a problem with this online retailer. I bought a screen replacement and the product arrived broken and with a damaged fragile packaging for this delicate item.

I made a dispute but the seller and the costumer service team keeped lying me about offering a solution. The seller Nina Hu from Shuji123 promised to send me a new one but never did and when the dispute ended they never recognise anything.

The costumer care gives generic answers and promise to step in but never do. In the end, AliExpress doesn't protect costumers, if anything goes wrong with your purchase you loose your money and your time complaining.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Unprotected, Unsafe, Lack of responsability, Fake costumer service help, Damaged products.
