Ali Express buyer protection guarantee is rubbish. They say if YOU prove the goods you have purchased are counterfeit they will give you full refund and the cost to ship the products back..they don't!

I purchased $130 AUD of fake CND Shellac. It cost $61 to return them to the buyer. Ali Express agreed they products were counterfeit and ruled $60 Refund.

I was left with no product and the dirty counterfeit sellers pocketed my $130AUD.

I appealed to Ali Express and they ignored me.

This person wrote the review because of not as described of cnd shellac nail kit from Aliexpress and attached photo s. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $130 and wants Aliexpress to issue a full refund.

The most disappointing in user's experience was dispute progress or rather lack of, aliexpress are fraudsters and loss of money. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.

Aliexpress' customer service is not there to help the buyer.I've tried 2 times to get help with techincal issues and the customer service turned and blamed my browser for their techincal problems.

My latest issue involves their new dispute form. I took pictures of the conversation as proof.

Here's what happened:

I'm trying to open a dispute for an item that the seller told me would not be sent. Order Number: XXXXXXX Mesh bags worth $4.37US. You can see our message history that the bags were never in the shipment.

- I tried to start a dispute but I can't claim the total amount of that item.

The dispute form says that I can only claim up to $4.21 when at the top of the form it clearly shows I paid $4.37. That error of $4.21 is being internally derived by aliexpress software.

- I contacted customer service to point this out and ask for help with the problem.

- Customer service's response is for me to change my browser to google chrome, clear my cookies and cache. And they took so long to give me that response that my conversation timed out and I couldn't continue the conversation. Now show me one example where a personal browser can affect the internal programming of an online form where its software is contained on an internal server with firewalls and high security?

Are you calling my browser a hacker? Are you calling me a hacker? Because a hacker would be the only person able to get around aliexpress' internal security. I have been using the previous dispute process with no issues like this.

Now that you've changed the dispute forms, there is errors. Errors by themselves are no big deals, just help the customers affected. But DO NOT blame the customer. That is not customer service.

The customer only wants to be able to receive the total refund for the item they bought.They are entitled to that and if aliexpress doesn't honor that, then you are saying aliexpress is not an honorable company.
