Today I am very unhappy with Aliexpress.I have been a customer for about 6 years now, ordering on a monthly basis.
Currently I have a couple of disputes running due to not receiving my orders before the dead line. Yesterday I receive a mail from Ali saying my account has been blocked due to me "abusing the buyer protection program" Is the purchase protection not there to open dispute if u don't receive ur goods? What am I to do when I don't receive my orders? Wait for it to finalise and money gets released to buyer....
Which is the case now with some of my orders! I have not received my goods but Ali released funds to the seller! Aliexpress! You lost a loyal customer who spent a lot of money on ur site.
I'm moving on!Aliexpress is there to protect their sellers, not us buyers!
