I saw 2 charges on 9/15, 1 on 9/18 &;;;;;;; 2 more pending but out of my account (will process around 12 am), all for the exact same amount! I don't recall placing any orders & when I go on their website, under 'my orders', it says NO ORDERS.
I've attempted to call, no response, chat & I get sent to a 'secure website' that asks me to PAY more money to access a technician in customer service to help me, needless to say, I didnt but attempted to 'chat 3 more times! All with the exact same responses, which I now suspect are computer generated! Also attempted to email them & it was returned as undeliverable due to mailbox being full!! I find this absurd!!
I tried calling again, after looking at 'pissed consumer's', left another message & waiting to see what happens.
I also forwarded the email to - smallbizhelp@***.alibaba.com. as per their automated telephone system.
User's recommendation: Customer service sucks!
Product or Service Mentioned: Aliexpress Customer Care.
Monetary Loss: $23.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Aliexpress Pros: I dont know as i havent ordered, To my knowledge.
Aliexpress Cons: Very poor customer service.
