I ordered a 3d printer. It arrived broken.

I opened a dispute.

The seller said he word make everything ok if I dropped dispute.

"Let the Buyer Beware"

After i dropped dispute the seller promised a fix, week after week , but no fix.

I contacted customer support "Live Chat" 6 times and it was supposed to be elevated to Case Management.

Nothing...30 days later I contact Pay Pal, they said return it to CHINA , on my dime.

What happened to "WE HAVE YOU BACK", Aliexpress Customer Service.

I still have a broken printer

I've spoken yto Live Chat more than I want too.

Any help here would be appreciatd...

Product or Service Mentioned: 3d Printer.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $215.

Preferred solution: replacement of refund.

Aliexpress Cons: Never did anthing positive after 30 days.
