Even giving zero stars is a huge reward. Any orders have tracking numbers that show where the order is if it didn't arrive.

Despite this, they will still reject your orders asking for more proofs and then reject your claim.

Essentially, customer service will also provide the same information and reject it, making it a true waste of time. What you should do is give them a bad review and uninstall the app for good.

Faulty cctv monitor

Cctv monitor went faulty after 4 days I contacted Ali express and followed their instructions,I sent them a video of faulty cctv monitor on the 09/07/24 about 6 days after receiving the cctv,I waited for them to come back to me but no reply,I contacted them again and got a reply saying you 15 days are up and cannot apply for a refund,they let the 15 days pass so I could not get a refund,they are at faulty not me,terrible customer service.

How can you pay for a package twice and the person selling form not inform the customer and the person selling it refuses to return the money that's so bad you don't know someone's condition I didn't like that at all not fair

AliExpress is a very risky website to purchase products from online because they have A LOT of fraudulent vendors.
Several times recently I have bought items on Aliexpress.com but never received the items.
Sometimes Aliexpress will issue a refund to a buyer if they don't receive the item but this is not always the case. I recently paid $225 for a shed and never received it (after waiting over a month). Using the Chat feature on their website I asked AliExpress for a refund and they told me they would open a dispute with the vendor. The vendor responded by refusing to issue a refund even though I never received the item I paid $225 for over a month ago!
I then tried to call AliExpress customer service through Pissed Consumer but the do NOT offer over the phone customer service! When I called them they stated that I have to use their website Chat service for customer service?! Are you kidding me?! They offer a phone number but no-one will talk to you when you call them?!
I now have opened a dispute through PayPal because AliExpress will NOT help me resolve my issue of not receiving an item I paid for on their website over a month ago.
