That s what I wrote them, but no answer, no one gave a *** of anything over there...

Im lately very disappointed and dissatisfied the way how you handle your customers/buyers like me.

I have already spent hours to prove my right and still no one put the effort to listen/read or try to understand my problem.

Also one of my dispute has been closed already and according to that I will not get any refund cause they have tracking information.... Th eproblem is not the tracking information but what I will (and I didd already 100 times) explain below. Unfortunately I cant choose any issue close ehixh is related to my problems, that is why I have choosen this

Let me try to explain it for the last time with the whole stpry, attached all the evidence I have:

I ordered and payed for 6 items (order number: 920184****8876) on the 26th of may from China IC Trading. At the beginning the seller asksed for an extra 10 USD shipping fee which i ve rejected as the system gave me the price and Im not willing to pay more. After days and weeks the seller was promising that he will send the items but he didn t. Then he lyed that he already sent me the wrong parcels which he really did (attached pictures). When I told him that I still need either the money or the items but as soon as possible -my business had to stop for that time cause I couldn t work without the moulds- he didn t answer only days after (on the 18th of jun, ehich is 3 weeks after I ordered the items) and he advised me to call back for my money as he will not send the goods.

One of your colleagues (I talked to like 3 already and non of them understood my problem) asked me why I didn t cancel the order... I couldn t because in the system appeared the that seller sent me something, the wrong parcels. So I couldn t do anything else then open a dispute on the 22th of jun and asked for full refund. When the seller saw that I was applying for refund, he finally sent the items against my will - which I stilll didnt get, as Im abroad since then and my father manages the post. I haven t had the chance to cancel the order cause the seller deceived me. Meanwhile when he said he wont send me the products and I should ask for my money I have reordered from another seller, LY Factory Online Store (order number: 924536****8876) which has been turned out to be the same seller but on different name..... He even asked me why I have ordered the same items twice, as he obviously knew i saw that I have ordered the same stuff. When I told him that I want the items only one and refund for my other order, he said that he already sent me both and he cant do anything.

That s an abvious scam! Eventough he knew ( I didn t) that he is the same seller and I have cancelled and opend a disoute for refund for the first one, he rather sent me the items twice in order to get the money twice.

I am using ebay for 10 years and I have never ever had similar issue over there. Also I have spent close to 1000 USD in the last month on aliexpress so I expect or hope that I must be vauled customer enough to work and solve my problem. I dont even understand how it is possible that 2 seller selling the same goodd under different accounts and that is what the are playing with.

I have also contacted the customer suppost earlier without any results. They keep on saying that the seller sent me the items, which I have canceled and didn t asked for.

It s not about if he or she sent me or not, It s about that I ahve already asked for full refund and opened dispute and he just sent me afterwards when he saw that Im running after my money.

I would like to get my money at least for one of the orders as that is how it s fair.

Why would I pay for the same seller for the same itmes just because he want to rip me of.

Please take the time to read, understand and deal with me as I belive that s what the buyers protection stands for!

"hope that I must be vauled customer "Your $1K is chump change compared to others. Before you started ordering, did bother to reach out the the distributor and create a semi-personal relationship or did you simply start ordering @#$#?
