Hi. I got my item damaged, I tried to send some photos and videos, but it couldn't download or go through..
I have been requested another method to sent photos, but no one really cared..
And because l waited long time, i chose another option which is return and refund.
But then i found just to return the item it will cost a lot of money.. and there was no free return tracking number as well.
I need to know the policy if i got the item damaged and other pieces has cracks and some are missing as well, should i get the full amount without even returning the item and costing me fortune..
***It is not only 1 piece damaged, it more than 1 plus the big piece which is the face for the desk has big crack plus some item are missing..
Please advise ASAP.
