I have ordered a jacket for about in Nov 2016 but not yet received my order or refund. The vendor mentioned it was refunded when i followed up several times but later after few months, started saying some problem at post office, it should be in transit.
Its ridiculous for not being responsible in tracking the product and providing right info to the customer or refund our money. Another product ordered May 9th has not even been despatched as per tracking status. Another product is more than 1.5yrs which is just forgotten without refund or delivery.
Totally unprofessional attention towards customers. Would appreciate if someone could attend to this and get the problem fixed.
