No response from Aliexpress , funds release to seller after weeks of emails and voice messages and empty promises fromCustomer service , you have. Jo protection from bad sellers they would release your money to themNo matter why they have done , been ignored Aliexpress total disappointment they don’t care for their customers

A seller in aliexpress sold me an ebike, bike came with some damages
and defective, (throttle not working independent from PAS, constant beep when riding ) no English manual included or instructions on how to
operate the bike, contacted the store on aliexpress and seller reply only
once on how to turn on bike after that no more communication when
asked for a manual and instructions seller disappeared , open a dispute to
get a partial refund for repairs to already damaged bike to avoid the
process of return, aliexpress cancelled my request for partial refund
without my knowledge and enter me into a return that would cost me $300
for shipping when seller claimed free return shipping at this website , contacted Aliexpress about the reasons for this and seller
not responding not willing to help , they promised to me they would help me, after several days spent sending strong evidence of damages and all
texting with seller not responding Ali sent emails to seller and got no
response , dispute was about to be over and they told me to let the
dispute finished and make an appeal , all different
representatives I spoke by chat promised that they won't allow this behavior from seller and probably freeze store , I did appeal and ending result was from aliexpress to release the funds to seller after so much time spend and so
many empty promises from them, they allowed this thief of a seller to
keep my money and I end up now with a damaged , defective bike with no
response from aliexpress, called them several times , always voice mail,
messages left and never ever a call back or response from aliexpress via
email, they told me since I didn't return item they release fund to seller , I
am very disappointed , very upset about the way they handle this entire
thing, a seller who is going to keep doing this to usa customers and
aliexpress allowed to happened, the so called buyers protection is a piece
of trash , worthless, if I was you I would not purchase anything from
aliexpress unless you are willing to loose your money if something comes
wrong, I am making this story short , many more things happened with
empty promises from Aliexpress to protect their customers , Trashy
company , careless
User's recommendation: do not make any purchases for aliexopress unless you are willing to loose all your money.
