Aliexpress - Endless loop of useless chats and lies- Ali Express - worst experience ever.
ordered shoes in november 2017 prior to asking the seller to confirm if the shoes authentic as the selling price was only slightly cheaper than tmsrp. he confirms yes, they are, as selling fakes would get him booted off and breach of terms.
shoes arrive and they are 100% fake. I spend hours and hours taking pics, youtube videos, detailing all that's wrong. and, there is no doubt, they are counterfeit. Seller says almost nothing...and ali express says that the shoes aren't as described, but not fake!
I request a full refund, and to send the shoes back. I need a return address, name to get the return shipping quote. Ali decided to give me 35% of the purchaes price as a refund and to keep the shoes. I don't want them, and at 35% off, they're still 2x what fakes would cost.
I spend hours and hours and hours getting the worst fictitious promises about case managers, escalations, and full refunds if I only wait a little bit more. time passes, I'm not at 2 months in, and I just spent 3 hours chatting with at least 7 or 8 professional liars. Nothing resolved. I asked for phone numbers, legal departments, managers, you name it.
Nothing can be provided. It's waste your time in chat or go fly a kite. I'll need to proceed with legal action. Can anyone provide details on how to reach jack ma's office?
the last 3 hour chat was saved... it would make the internet fall off its chair with the nonsense that went on during that chat.
