Aliexpress - Faulty 10.1" Android Tablet Deca Core IPS Screen from Bakily Store
I purchased a high spec and rather expensive Android Tablet, thought I buy quality this time, but wrong!. Received the item in the post l and confirmed receipt of item. Problem is once you confirm receipt this ends your Alliexpress guarantee and also any expressed or implied warranty for the item, period !
Item worked for two weeks and then the screen was faulty. I advised seller (Bakily Store https://www.aliexpress.com/store/205**** ) but they simply ignored me and would not communicate.
Alliexpress said they would try to help but did nothing. Two months later, nothing has happened, no support from Alliexpress or the seller, its like talking to a brick wall. Its unlikely the faulty item be replaced or refund be given. There has been no pressure from Alliexpress whatsoever onto the seller for it to do the right thing and/or it meet our country's consumer laws.
Alliexpress has no complaint handling system, no email address to address complaints or issues, there is no telephone support, there is only a very pathetic chat panel that you can put only a maximum of 12 words at a time ...Think before you buy, no buyer protection once you physically receive the item, so buyer beware !
Avoid Alliexpress and in particular avoid their Bakily Store like the plague, there is no warranty on the goods sold here and more importantly no communication and no customer support.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $150.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Aliexpress Cons: Awful.
