I placed an order on March 22nd. The website, AliExpress, automatically generated a username for me and I was unable to create a password or an email for that account.
Which means I do not have access to the account and cannot track my order. This seems like very fraudulent activity on your part. The item I ordered can no longer be found on the website, so I suspect the seller is a fraud and it will never be delivered, which is why I would like to be able to track the order. I will likely need a refund or to cancel the order.
Your company is EXTREMELY difficult to get in contact with. Your website says that AliExpress has my back...that is an outright lie. I can guarantee I will NEVER do business with you again. I need this issue resolved IMMEDIATELY or I will consult with my legal team and sue this company for this dishonest, disgusting, fraudulent behavior.

Preferred solution: Fix my problem which I specified in my email, and issue partial refund for my troubles with this horrible company..
Aliexpress Cons: Unethical business dealing, Never speak to a person, No customer service.
