Placed order on July 9th. Received an email on 9/23 stating that The confirmation time has ended.

If i still haven't received the item, I still have 15 days to submit a dispute request.

When I go to their website to submit a dispute, got an error message saying that I have to wait till 9/24, if still not received, I can open dispute. I tried again the next day, still the error message, only the date moved to 10/4. I waited and tried again on 10/4, only found the date now moved to 10/14, which will be out of the 15-day window per the 9/23 email.

If I wait till 10/14 and try again, will there be a message saying that I am out of dispute window, therefore no longer able to submit.

I called but nobody answered, left a voice Mail but nobody called back.

AliExpress is robbing money.

I paid for the goods but never received it. And it is tricking me and ignoring me into not be able to get refund.
