This is the worst customer service I have ever come across from Beaudiva official store, I ordered hair about 8 weeks ago for £164 I only received the frontal and 1/3 of the actual hair I then told the seller which said if I gave them 5 star and closed my dispute they would issue me a refund. So I did, they told me that it would take 3-18 days, so I waited.
I then told them where is the money the seller lied that they issued the refund and started asking me for a survey from my local DHL however they wouldn't issue one cos it's not their fault that the package was lost.
It's the seller's fault, I even said £70 refund instead of the full refund was okay, but now this is beyond not okay I want my refund this is absolutely unacceptable and unfair I've been patient, but this is just unacceptable now as I really need the money so I can actually buy hair from a different company. Can this be sorted, all I want is my refund

Preferred solution: Full refund.
