On April 2,2020, I placed an order for N95 face mask total amount with shipping cost :
$151.36. Order ID 801224****567028
Store name : Relax Lover Store.
The seller promised to ship out within 24 hours, but he failed, so I requested to cancel.
However, he responded: sorry you can not cancel, it has been sent by DHL already!
So I checked the tracking information, it was not even confirm shipping and no information give out.
Until now April 7,2020, in China time I hear nothing from seller and I need your help to get involve help settle this case immediately for closing this transaction.
Do not drag on and not responding. We have to search for local supply for this Emergency need N95 mask.
