Hi, we placed an order for clothes in Aliexpress with supplier oioninos sweety store (joy wu) last August 15, 2017. Until now we have not received our order.

The supplier communicated to wait for the goods instead of filing dispute and promised that the goods were shipped, but we never received.

I requested for full refund but they asked us to order again online and they will do the payment. But we can no longer find that sweety store online.

Then they said that shipment was returned from UAE and they instructed us to be patient and to wait again since they shipped the goods again.

Until now, June 5, 2018 (10 months), no items received.

I liked: Worse.

I didn't like: Difficulty with customer support.

Contact the Federal Trade Commission. www.ftc.gov and file a complaint.

They don't play around. They will have your issue resolved within days.

Also, I would recommend that you don't do business with companies that do NOT have a customer service phone number or any contact number for that matter. Good luck and wish you the best.
