I would like to appreciate your effort on satisfying your customers. Ali express is one of the most , if it is not the best channel to order goods from.
i could not do appeal to my dispute, that's why i send it over here
The first time i tried to order from my new account , my package has returned to the seller and he told me to open dispute to get refund.
I did what he say and I mentioned 7.87$ USD for one piece out of 5 pieces with total 39.35$ USD and I forgot to add the shipping fees 58.99$ USD so per one piece it should be 19.66$ USD to have a total of 98.34$ USD which i paid to HECHAN Store.
more over the same logistic company CAINIAO SUPER ECONOMY GLOBAL has deliver another products today 5-9-2020!!!
how this dispute products are not shipped?? And the seller said your name is incomplete and i have all the evidence on the chat and i keep on texting him for days without any response
I would be more than happy if i fully refunded so i can reorder again and again.
