I ordered buttons back in June, two orders total near $500. I attempted to contact the seller, and kept being told to expect it. The time lapsed so I couldn't open a dispute after a month of back and forth conversation.

I then did customer service who said they would ship out the order again. Never arrived. Dismissing it as a lack of proper translation/understanding and a missing package, I decided to reorder again in October. As I really wanted the product.

Mid-December, at the item isn't here. Due to Holidays and being out of the country myself, I somehow missed the 10 day window of opening a dispute. Again, never received a tracking information. Still no product.

Been a customer for years with AlieExpress, it specifically has been this seller I've had issues with, but I may have to give up if the company allows me to lose near $1,000 with no resolve on this issue or follow-up.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $1250.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
