none of your contact me and email also not response of my complain and my issue it still remain, it is very poor after sell service of aliexpressi will told everyone of my story and ask everyone that i know don't buy anything from aliexpress.com anymore.

irresponsibility aliexpress support team only sending automation email just keep asked sending back to goods only and never reply my email understand the issue of china customs will stuck my goods, end up i will lose more money for this purchase.

1. Dispute team judgement never check details submission proper
Return goods Full refund ( Buyer pays the returning shipping fee) never mention buyer need pay for pay customs clearance and pay the tax fee of the amount of purchasing price US $432.00
3. ae_expert_team email them so many time and never reply back to me and also the live chat is aliexpress.com both of the never responding me any after the dispute deadline go on.
Seller is Irresponsibility guy sending wrong item, when i said i got intention to buy from he keep pursue me now i had received it item got issue he just silence and take long time to reply or never reply me.
5. Never undertanding the china customs rules, return goods under the personal seller name china customs is allow only Renminbi 1000 which in US Dollars 153.804 and the goods i returning is USD432.00 will get stuck in china customs, i might not getting goods to returning the seller not able to get my full refund of US $432.00.
Monetary Loss: $160.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
Aliexpress Cons: Very bad support team after selas service, Customer support team never reply my email, Dispute team never check proper of my complaint details.
