Aliexpress - My orders didnt come and they terminated my account
Good day! I am writing to express my disappointment with regards to the application Aliexpress.My account number is ca104009****.
I received an email stating that my account is beibg terminated. First of all it is not my fault that my orders didnt come. 4 out 5 orders didnt come and the other one is I am still waiting. I tried to talk to the seller and opening a dispute.
I even talk 2x to your customer service regarding on this matter and they told me that its okay since you already opened a dispute and just wait. The action that you have done is like telling me that it is may fault that it didnt came. The items that I order didnt came. What do you want me to do?
Click the icon stating that I receive the items even though I did not receive it?If you look on the tracking information given by the seller it stop and the number is not trackable. I love online shopping but this application is the worst. I already understand that it take more than two months to wait for the items to arrived but what can I do if I didnt really have the item. I waited for more than 2 months for nothing.
Then this.I would appreciate if you just sent be back a refund for all the orders that I have done in february 2017. It is clearly that your already judging your customer. Just refund my money and I will not shop in your online store again. here is the order number that I have: 822524****2051 I have 5 total orders that didnt came.
Just so you know, I will not put myself ir my name in trouble just for small amount of money. I rather shop in amazon even if it is expensive, the seller there is trustworthy.
