Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I have contacted the seller and Aliexpress twice and also visited local post office twice times a day.

I have ordered so many items from you website. From last year till now I'm waiting for my package to arrive fiji but it doesn't.
I have visit the local post office twice but they informed me that they didn't receive any package from Ali express and immediately I have contacted the seller few has responded me and instructed me to ask your refund from Ali express and some of the seller didn't respond me .there are lots of pending items so Ali express customer service is having problem to sort out so I decided to contact you people.
Please I'm a long time customer of your company so I'm kindly requesting to manage my dispute so I can ask for refund or u can refund me directly through my payment method. It's a very long time I'm waiting for my package and I don't think seller can make to fiji
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Aliexpress Cons: Noo.
