New ReviewerNeeded an electronic item/part for a quick repair. Paid extra for DHL delivery, which is 2-3 days at the most.
Item wasn't shipped in the first 10 days at all! After I inquired with the seller, they sent me a non existing, non DHL tracking number. After second inquiry they sent me another non DHL tracking number. Item still wasn't shipped.
After spending more and more time messaging the seller - they shipped DHL. Requested a refund for the shipping charges. They kept lying and explaining that DHL is not accepting parcels under 1kg and other excuses. Filed a dispute.
Aliexpress closed the dispute without my consent. I've never closed the dispute. Aliexpress closed it, showing hat I canceled the dispute. Total lie.
A lot of scam, zero buyer protection, zero options to appeal!
Don't use or buy on AliExpress. Stay away!
