Following is the info. from AliExpress Help Center to me:

The seller claims that he was informed by the customer service that the refund was made to me on 17.05.2021 and not on 26.05.2021 as informed by Help Center:
Messages from the seller to me:
Message 1: "Hello,friend.
2021-05-17 18:57:46 Check that the order is refunded at this time."
Message 2: "Hello,friend.
We contacted AliExpress customer service and got this response. If you have any questions, you can try to contact AliExpress buyer customer service."
I have checked both dates and there is still no refund made neither to my card nor to my account.
Monetary Loss: $13.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
