I had made a purchase on aliexpress from one of the supplier, i did not receive by product and also my buyer protection was end, i was not able to extend the buyer protection as i was travelling and could not extend, i got in touch with the supplier and supplier confirmed me saying that the product was returned to them and they will refund me and i have to contact customer service, i contact the customer service round 6 to 8 times, until i keep chating to them they are very good to respond me saying they will help me and reply me and i am waiting for there email, belive me until know no email no support from aliexpress customer service, it is very upsetting that ali express customer service is very bad, so all buyers becarefull to puchase and if you have not recieved plz make sure you get refunded.
