Twice during February I received someone else's order. I chatted for over an hour with someone over the internet who said he would research the problem.

Never got any response back and today I received an electric shaver I did not order (plus I'm not a man). I personally have spent hours trying to discover which store sent the wrong stuff to me and the return addresses on both items are different from each other and not from any store I ordered anything from so how can they have my name and address when the only site I have bought from is stores selling paper dies and stamps.

Product or Service Mentioned: Aliexpress Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $20.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I liked: Except for the 2 wrong items, I liked when i got what i ordered.

I didn't like: Not getting response regarding wrong orders.

Why would you waste precious hours of your life trying to clarify this ?

Just make sure you haven't been hacked somewhere.
