The 2nd day of November 2020 I purchased 12 items to 7 different sellers in your store. Any of the 7 orders arrived, 5 of those orders expired the waiting time and I had to open a dispute.
These are the first purchases I do outside my country and as reviewed on internet and with friends, and I was told I could trust the site.
But the problem is that so far I don't have the stuff I purchased and 3 months passed. I had to open 5 disputes and appears soon to be 7. I feel scammed because it wasn't a problem with 1 seller. It's all of them.
I demand answers and solutions.
I want my items without having to wait any more ridiculous time. I was charged 2 taxes that I already had to pay, and these are not contemplated in the refund and if I can't get my items I would like these 2 taxes refunded as well up to a total of $20.26 US Dollars (30% of the order and 35%of the order)
