Aliexpress - Overcharged

All buyers please read before you buy from this cheating seller (Hengdali car decoration Store),

do not expect when you get items not as described or any issue then you turn yourself waste time and money to request dispute. I have to share my case here.

I bought the item which was a discount I had and over purchase price and got additional which come along it will only cost $30 something, but when check out it wasn't deducted and cost me original price $38 something.

I was messaged the seller, back and forth with so many excuses, ended up few dialogues, they will use to not reply you anymore, so then have to ask AliExpress step in, it was sucks as well, they will ask you create a dispute, and this all systematic and automated procedures, every updated was set and solution provided, no matter you denied ended remain the final solution, ( no refund ), you then provide proof of evidence, and lead you another cycle waiting time, come back final again (no refund) that's mean you are no way to get back your over charges.

So once again, buying from AliExpress just like piece of *** Seller cheated, Aliexpress customer service agent like a Robot of script, Dispute is a system procedure and automated close with no actual solution. If you guys want to know more, i had saved all screenshot and dispute no.
