Aliexpress - Poor Customer Service
Whilst they offer customer service this department doesn't actually do anything, they just offer continual apologies - nothing more. Seller offered for sale a product they did not have in stock. When I threatened to cancel order they changed order details to "shipped" and as such you can't open a dispute to gain a credit for 10 days after shipping date.
This is a great way to make money out of other peoples money.
AliExpress customer service does not action these dishonest practices, so be aware - SHOP ELSEWHERE!
These practices are commonplace on AliExpress and hopefully this business gets scrapped from the web to protect the world wide buying public.
