I ordered an item that had fit problems and opened a dispute to return.

Seller suggested returning by myself which I did but the website generated a return label already and pit in a tracking number which was inaccurate. I tried to put the actual tracking number but unable to do and have been reached out to seller who did not offer any useful help.

I also tried to reach customer service Multiple times, tried to call and was always sent to voicemail and messages never returned.

I also sent an email using the address provided on their answering service which could not be delivered because the email was wrong. Its so frustrating, now the package has arrived at the warehouse and I am still unable to reach customer service to give the accurate tracking number for my refund.

AliExpress service sucks!!

User's recommendation: Would not recommend, terrible customer service when you need it.
