No phone number and their "chat" system is terrible! Almost impossible to get a live person to chat with you.

Good luck with getting a refund!

They are terrible at doing anything for customers! They only care about their Chinese suppliers!!!

I've only had to go through 3 disputes if I recall correctly. One was a partial refund. I received my refunds. I live in [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA]. I recall only one selling being somewhat defensive, but providing facts helped & being Curtious. There are "bad sellers" on many sites. I have have multiple issues off the most common site in [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA] when it comes ones to buying from a particular province which included slanderous accusations. That hasn't happened here. Best advice: (1) Look at the seller (store) rating. (2) Take note that there is "economic conflict" that is possibly affecting delivery times with some countries that is not the fault of the store. In any conflict (Armed, Economic, etc) it is civilians who suffer on all sides. Every Take Care & Stay Safe. We are all apart of the Human Race.

You are so right...I terrible customer service I have ever seen...[PERSON_NAME] knows anything there and noone help you..first it takes forever to get a live chat agent and once u talk to thm they only keep telling you same things like a chat bot..they don't understand any issues and can't resolve them..

Disgusting treatment of customers by this fraud of a company. Closed my order immediately after placing it but still took my money! It states in their terms a refund will be issued within 20 days but needless to say its been far longer than that and I've still received NO refund. On top of that, no way to actually talk to anyone and their chat service is something out of the early 2000s and broken. Never again using AliExpress/AliBaba and I'd advise everyone else not too.

I’ve had the worst experience with trying to get my refund. It’s been 4-5 months. They act so dumb like they don’t know anything about your issues or what you’re chatting with them about and pretends they care. They don’t care about their customers only their suppliers. I wish I had read reviews before buying anything. Such a waste of my time and money. Now my money is lost. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
