Aliexpress - How can I get my refund

I didn't get an order and Aliexpress did agree to refund; now the refund procedure is already for 3 months pending What can I do

According to the Aliexpress help section, if the refund is under processing, the refund has been issued by AliExpress successfully. If the refund is successfully processed, you should receive it within 3-20 business days.
As stated at alitools.io, if you do not see the refund, forward your bank statement directly to the AliExpress customer support team through your AliExpress account.
