Back on February 21st I ordered an Aonijie marathon hydration sac for 34.71 euros (order n 89969582671498) and when it finally arrived it was too small so I immediately sent an email to Ali express saying i wanted to send it back and exchange for a larger size and they sent me an address to a Bob Wang which is where i sent it from the post office and i kept my receipt from the post office as a proof that i sent it back, I even send them photos of my receipt. It has been over 4 months now that i've been asking for my refund or send me the larger size of what i wanted but they don't answer me .. All i want is my refund, Please .
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $43.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: I did not like how they treated me as a honest customer.
