Hello Everyone,

This is to inform you and bring to your notice that I have been following with Ali express for past 3 months to get my refund.

On several occasion it was informed and instructed to me that I have to return the item. I tried shipping the item but due to Indian customs I was unable to ship the order to China. I was told that my money is safe once they will receive they will immediately process the refund.

Somehow, I managed to ship the item that too with own expense. Now you say that i won't be getting refund. When I have already shipped and return the item. I am looking 100% refund and compensation. I have also provided all the evidence and return tracking receipt for your reference.

Kindly someone look into this matter and provide my refund at the earliest.

Contact the Federal Trade Commission. and file a complaint.

They don't play around. They will have your issue resolved within days.

Also, I would recommend that you don't do business with companies that do NOT have a customer service phone number or any contact number for that matter. Good luck and wish you the best.
