I ordered 7 article from Zhou Jersey Shirt Store on May 2. (Order Number: 801354****836625)
On May 21, I noticed that the good where going back to the seller and the shipment had been cancelled.
I try to reach the seller for days.
Only had an answer on June 13. Almost 3 weeks later.
Then, I finally received my order. I didn’t liked it, the fabric is not good, the fit is not right. I want to return the good and get a refund.
I opened a dispute. I received an email saying I would get a refund for only one of the article (I want for all 7 articles) and there where no information to ship it back, the order was saying free return.
I try to contact the seller.
Now I try to speak with someone at aliexpress. This is impossible.
I still want to return the good and get a full refund.
