Please note that the seller WEIDE official store (who is very professional and helpful) asked me to file a dispute for a refund for a defected product. (they were trying to help for a long time)

I cannot open a dispute at this stage (outside time frame), and I couldn’t find a solution in the customer service at Aliexpress -EVA

Please we both need another solution to refund. (order 88735618673811)this order is an old order, that is why I cannot open a dispute at this stage (the supplier agrees)
