AliExpress didnt properly review my pictures for proof of me receiving the wrong product and offered me $0 refund as their answer to my dispute citing that I didnt send proper pictures as proof showing the wrong dimensions or product which I clearly DID DO. I tried calling the number for customer service but it sent me directly to voicemail during business hours...
I need to get to the bottom of this problem. My order was for $500. This isnt just a small problem. This is a big problem.
The seller admitted that they sent me the wrong item but then offered me something lesser in value and not the product I originally ordered to try to settle the issue.
This is NOT OKAY. In the pictures I provided you will see boxes of what they sent me and the other pictures are what they were SUPPOSED to send me!
