New ReviewerOn 19 April 2020 (a Sunday) I received a return label for a product that was not fit for purpose. The next day (20 April) I posted the product for return by 48hr tracked mail (it being a Monday was the first opportunity the postal office was open to post the return).
FIVE weeks later the tracking number was picked up by Royal Mail, and a further week later it was delivered to the AliExpress Warehouse in London (1 June 2020).
I have contacted both the seller and AliExpress customer services and given them the proof (photo of the postal receipt and screen shots of the tracking details) of the above (NUMEROUS TIMES) and yet I have been ignored and have not received my refund.
AliExpress initially stated my refund value was for a full refund, but since the items didnt arrive within the week they changed the refund value to £0!
Please note that all this has happened during the Coronavirus Lockdown! AliExpress expect their customers to accept delays in delivery but dont give the same courtesy to customers returning items, even with proof that items were returned within date!
User's recommendation: Do not use!!!!
Monetary Loss: $20.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Aliexpress Cons: No contact email or phone number on webpage, Worst service ever.
