Aliexpress - Regarding not receiving the orders whose payment paid during purchase

Iam very much disappointed with ali express services.. i made many items order and did the online payment...

few items i received and my completely 9 orders yet receive.. around the value of rs.3300/- INR as follows....

i was continuously checking in ali express for status.. i understand due to pandamic situation transportation problem is there.. but why product status showing as dispatched and receiver conformed the order...

how come this possible...with out my knowledge how this can be posted as received by me....

i tried to track the order ID in chinese post airmail but they were showing till Release from import customs...after that what is the status of the product after that..how can i come to know...?
