There is no Aliexpress customer service, there is an AI service (EVA) that give you some choices that do not cover your issue. Also EVA has a choice that suppose you can talk with a representative but it does not work and it never puts you thru to a person
It came to me and the Brushcutter was Dead On Arrival (not working at all). I contacted AlliExpress thru the Help Center and I was told to send it back to the company (Zamika Store) via the post office and not via any other company so it will be cheaper.
I did and cost me 38 Euros.
The company got in contact with me saying if I charged the batteries if I did everything right and I did. I send them a video showing all the steps I took to make it work. But the Brushcutter was dead it did not work. So I asked for my money back plus the shipping fee.
They refunded me the money for the Brushcutter but not for the shipping fee.
I even contacted EVA from Help Center which it reassured me that they understand my claim and they would escalate my case to the senior team.
But I never heard from anyone.
Mind you I have sent all th documents and videos they asked me on time but AliExpress but they closed this case without notifying me. I have the screen shot of the help center I have the video that the machine did not worlk, it sad a big company as AliExpress to do business like this.

So my story is I made a purchase of $1783.62 for multiple items. Come to find out, they divided those items into individual items and gave each item an order number.
That made it much more difficult for me to track down which order it was. Because they do one at a time, right? So maybe for me, I made a purchase that was too much, so it declined. I took a couple of items off to be able to purchase the items that I wanted.
When I went to try the second time, I accidentally pushed Google Pay, and it showed a card that I didn't want because I had a card on file with them. I noticed that I could backspace, and it went away, but it still went through. Then it canceled because there was no money on that card. When I went back and got my checkout list back, I put in the right card, and it went through.
But after so many attempts, those two attempts froze the payment, and they wanted me to verify the account, the card that I used, and a statement from my bank to show that it was mine. Within those 24 hours, I attempted to upload these pictures to document it. The card, remind you, that I was using was the virtual card, so I had to take a screenshot. When I went to click and verify or appeal (that's what they had it as, to verify your account is an appeal), I clicked that.
I went to the link to the page that shows me where I could post the documents. When I clicked browse pictures or files, it wasn't letting me upload or select any pictures that I had on there, which was another difficult thing. A couple of hours went by, then I decided to do it again and see what was happening. So I decided to call one of them, and she got on the phone.
I explained to her that everything was uploading my documents and all that. At that time, she let me upload the screenshots of it not letting me select any pictures on my browser. I took a screenshot of that, then I took a screenshot of the virtual card because she was accepting it. I took a picture of the page on my bank where it shows my bank statements and all that, but I had no files or documents available.
The account was new, so I uploaded it and showed it to her in the chat because that's where it was only letting me. She understood my situation and the whole process of what was going on. I was trying to verify my account, which I did because she took that into consideration. She uploaded it and sent it to the higher-ups.
But by that time, like 20 minutes later, I got a message in my email saying that they came to a decision saying that I didn't make the deadline. For security reasons, the account process, the payment has been closed, canceled, and refunded to my account in 3 to 20 days.
So I went off the rails because I provided an ownership letter from my bank saying that it is my bank, and they are not accepting it, still saying that the process has been made, but the refund hasn't yet gotten to my account. I was having issues with them because anytime I did that, I was uploading the wrong order number, and they're only doing one order at a time. The purchase that I made was $1783.62.
When I was doing it previously, they were saying that the account never processed your account and they never got money out of your account. It’s been canceled. It wasn't that. So I took a screenshot of my bank account transactions showing that $1783.62 is pending, meaning they took it out of my bank.
I was in the negative, but I was at zero balance after that purchase. It's kind of confusing how their system works because you make a big order, but they divide the orders and give them each individual order numbers. It's too complicated. It's like if I have an account with you guys, can you pull all that out and see what was going on in my file, my profile, or my account?
No, they want you to put in the work, ensure that you're correct in all that you're saying and doing. That kind of like made me aggravated and angry about the whole situation. Knowing that I provided everything that they asked of me, they had no consideration for my efforts. They didn’t just give me the refund.
I wanted to make the purchase. I wanted these items to come at a certain time on a certain day for gifts. Now I'm looking like a big old *** after so many attempts to talk to somebody up above. You know what I'm saying?
I had to track every order number that was due to be refunded. I put them all, then I screenshot them, then copy-pasted them, and then they told me I had to do one at a time. I'm like, “Girl, pick one because we're going to be here all night.” I would have been here all night until all these can be either stopped, prevented, or changed the account. I ended up having some problems with my bank due to it being hacked.
Fuzzling activity was going on, so I closed it. I personally closed my account. I have the document to show that. My bank stated that if any transactions or deposits are pending to be deposited into my account, they will be sent right back to the sender.
I was trying to explain that to them, trying to gain communication with somebody who can help me. I ended up multiple times in this situation, but the screen, the order numbers were messing me up because anytime they sent it to the higher-ups, they kept saying this order never got purchased, this purchase never got processed. I was like, “Okay, wrong order number.” So I had to track those down, like I said. When I did, I copy-pasted all those order numbers into the chat.
It was about like 20 to 47 items; that’s how big of an order it was, mind you. So she said you have to pick one item at a time. I said, “Then pick one.” So she sent me the link of the pictures. I clicked it, clicked both, and said, “Let’s do this.” I told her we were going to be here all night because we have to do that for every item that I posted there because it’s not just one.
I want all that either to be sent to a different account or provide me a refund to be a credit in their system because I still want to purchase those items. The refund hasn’t been processed. They're not working with me. They're treating me like I've done something wrong and that they can do nothing about it.
From what I've gone through with AliExpress, I feel like I should have, you know, the benefit of the doubt. They've been very descriptive. I provided everything that they asked of me, proof, evidence that identifies that it was my account; it still is, and I have a letter of ownership and emails between me and my bank saying that any deposits, any transfers, any credit that's going to be deposited into my account will get sent back to the sender. All I want to do is to fast-track that process to get that credit back onto my AliExpress account so I can make the purchases.
I don't see how difficult that can be.
You have the evidence to show that that is me, that is my card, my account. There's no foul play, there's no fraudulent activity going on, and still they're saying that the refund is being processed and I need to pay attention to my bank because it is going to be deposited in 3 to 20 days from now.

I am writing to formally document an unresolved consumer complaint regarding a defective product purchased through AliExpress.com and the companys subsequent refusal to provide a reasonable remedy.
I have been a regular AliExpress customer for several years and, at the time of this incident, still had multiple active orders with the platform. My experience in this matter demonstrates a concerning lack of accountability and customer support.
In November 2025, I ordered two pairs of earrings from AliExpress.com as Christmas gifts for a family member.
Given the seasonal nature of the purchase, I placed the order well in advance to ensure timely delivery. The items were delivered on December 8, 2025.
At the time of receipt, the earrings were enclosed in a clear case, and the defect was not immediately apparent. As the items were intended as gifts, they remained wrapped until December 25, 2025. Upon opening the gifts that morning and attempting to wear the earrings, it became clear that one pair was defective and missing a stone.
On December 25, 2025, I contacted the seller through AliExpress, clearly explaining the issue and providing photographic evidence showing the missing stone.
The seller instructed me to initiate a return and refund by clicking a dispute button; however, no such option was available in my order interface. I informed the seller of this issue, and they responded that they would contact AliExpress customer service to open a dispute on my behalf.
After receiving no further response, and discovering that the previously listed support@***.com email address was no longer functional, I contacted AliExpress customer service via online chat. Once again, I explained the issue and uploaded the same clear photographs showing the defective earring.
Several days later, I received an email from AliExpress customer service requesting a video to demonstrate that the product was defective, despite the issue being a visible missing stone rather than a functional problem. Although I expressed concern about the necessity of a video under these circumstances, I complied and submitted a video clearly showing the missing stone.
Despite providing both photographic and video evidence, AliExpress customer service ultimately informed me that no refund or replacement would be provided, citing that it was too late to take action.
At no point did I demand an unreasonable resolution.
I did not insist on a return shipment at AliExpresss expense, nor did I demand compensation beyond what was appropriate.
I simply requested that AliExpress take responsibility for a defective item that was delivered to me and provide a reasonable solution, such as a replacement or refund.
It is unclear why AliExpress customer service required additional evidence in the form of a video if there was never an intention to resolve the issue. Furthermore, the contradiction between the sellers instruction to open a dispute and customer services refusalafter reviewing the requested evidenceraises serious concerns about AliExpresss dispute resolution process and its commitment to customer protection.
Based on this experience, I believe consumersparticularly those shopping internationallyshould be aware of the risks associated with purchasing from AliExpress, especially when defective merchandise is involved and post-delivery support is denied.
Note: aliexpress sent the same email reply 4 times to me.

aliexpress refuses to refund in cash. I bought an item, but the seller sent a wrong color, so I opened a dispute which I won as return-refund.
So I prepared the parcel and posted it, paying the return shipping fee. After a month, the seller received the parcel and I received my refund, but not the shipping cost. I contacted the online help, and the high team answered via email asking for more documents, so I sent the post office invoice plus the tracking number. They replied that my name and other details were not written on the invoice.
So I went back to the post office to complete the details and sent them the document. They refused to refund the return shipping money, offering coupons. I refused and explained that I paid in cash and I am entitled to be refunded in cash. The seller had accepted my claim (Case Number: 250380****656704), and I forwarded the seller's acceptance, but they continue to refuse.
I explained that all other major online platforms, when it is a seller's fault, usually issue prepaid return labels or they refund when they receive the post office tracking and invoice.
Also, in one case, they issue a number code so the buyer can insert the return item into the box in self service. Unfortunately, the aliexpress team does not refund; they keep the money in custody, and they blackmail their customers.

I needed phone right away since phone towers were updating to Volte and old phone would not support it so i took it to repair shop but i also asked for refund right away. It turns out the phone had been opened before it was sold to me so they confirm its not new and could not be fixed since flat cable between logicboard and charging port gets damaged repeatedly.
I provided aliexpress video proof of phone not charging, video of me opening the package and a receipt from certified phone repair shop stating the problem with the phone but they only gave me $27 of $92 i spent and told me ( the phone has value and proof not good enough )
When the phone dropped to 0% i asked them what value it has now since it wont charge and wont work and they can never answer that.
I told them i would be happy to send it back if they pay for the shipment if it means full refund for defected phone thats not even new but advertised as new and they never answer that,,,just robotic answer same every time ( phone has value proof not good enough )
I even had to buy a new phone here in Iceland because of that and i even sent them a receipt for that just to tell them that this phone they sold has 0 value and cant be used.
Worst is the support. Live support was always so helpful and wanting to do everything possible to give me my refund and after around 15 times going from email decline to live support they even said ( this time i am asking that phone does not have to be returned and we are doing everything to give you your refund ) and that got my hopes up but common you can guess what they answer me in email.
This is hopeless and give up like they wanted me to, they have been giving me emotional damage with all this chat and emails, probably laughing at me behind the computers having time of theyr lives knowing they will never refund me for this broken phone they sold me.
They contacted me more than week ago saying they wanted to refund me and i was so happy but little did i know they just wanted to have more fun with me. Later they tell me its refund in coupon and i would have to make new account because i deleted old one and buy something and send payment details to verify...I was not falling for that trap and we go back and forth 18 times regarding this matter LOL...now they say they cant send me emails and its because they reply to 18 email story in Gmail and i think there is a CAP and they wont create new email...Im not deleting this story.

Although one thing has been made very clear: AliExpress intentionally uses a flawed system to prevent customers' responses from actually being recorded by the system in order to prevent the refund process from going further, since they will close out the refund request if your response is not recorded in 48 hours. That alone makes it clear that AliExpress is not on the customers' side, nor do they care about ethical business practices or holding their sellers accountable. Temu does not give you a timeline to respond when doing a refund; they give you 90 days.
They don't expect consumers to adjust their timeline to their 48 hours after being inconvenienced, deceived, and suffering monetary losses; they don't continue to put the burden on consumers. It's now April 29! I still have no updates on my dress. I text them every day to be updated about my dress; they tell me the same thing, that it's going to come in time.
Mind you, they just placed my tracking label on April 26! They're very unprofessional and barely text back, and don't keep me updated on anything.

After a week or two it stopped charging. After many efforts to get a refund, I sill get the same response: We are regret to inform that your appeal request was closed.

Looking for products or buying products at AliExpress today is troubling. As AliExpress has become a criminal enterprise, there are terrible shipping, bad refunds, and lying sellers.
You order something according to product pictures, and when it arrives, it's totally different, or there's a product you like, you click on it, and the price goes up 10 times. AliExpress has become bait and switch, and it's totally illegal; cheating is now the norm. It's very sad as I have been a customer since the start. I do not want the cheapest price; I do not want to exploit people; I want a fair price with no hassle for both sides.
It looks like the Chinese people are trying to compete themselves to death.
What a wide strategy! Will someone contact AliExpress?

I sent back a trail camera that was useless to the address on the return label I was provided. It was sent on 25th October 2025.
I have given all proof from the courier (Australia Post), and AliExpress denies that it arrived. This needs to be resolved.
If you could ring Australia Post, they have confirmation, as apparently a signed docket from your return address wasn't sufficient. I need this resolved, or I'm going to take legal action.
- Service centre is terrible absolutely useless they dont listen or resolve anything
