Dear AliExpress & Alibaba Group,

I am writing to you on behalf of Solo District Records, where I serve as the President, concerning a matter of utmost seriousness that necessitates immediate attention from AliExpress / Alibaba Group.

It is with great concern that I bring to your attention multiple violations of United States federal laws, including Title 18 U.S Code 1038 - False Information and Hoaxes, The Lanham Act, FTC Act, and the Inform Consumers Act, perpetrated through the operations of AliExpress, a platform under the purview of Alibaba Group.

Our grievance centers on the flagrant dissemination of false information on the AliExpress website, with the primary intent to manipulate consumer behavior, which, as per the laws mentioned, is unequivocally unlawful. We have observed a systemic issue wherein an automated system masquerades as a legitimate seller, deceiving consumers and infringing upon their rights to transparency and fair commerce.

Despite our diligent efforts to seek resolution through your customer service channels, we have been met with evasive responses and misleading statements.

Contrary to assurances provided, it has become apparent that either no genuine sellers exist on your platform, or their identities are deliberately obfuscated. This lack of accountability not only violates consumer protection laws but also undermines the principles of fair trade and integrity in commerce.

In accordance with the Inform Consumers Act, we demand immediate disclosure of the CEO's contact information prominently displayed on the AliExpress website, ensuring transparency and adherence to American civil rights acts. Furthermore, we assert that the rights afforded by laws supersede any internal policies set forth by business entities.

Failure to comply with these demands within thirty (30) days from the receipt of this letter will compel us to initiate legal proceedings. We hereby inform you of our intent to file a federal lawsuit in seven (7) days, seeking restitution for damages incurred by Solo District Records due to your egregious violations.

It is imperative to note that we possess irrefutable evidence of our interactions with your customer service representatives, wherein false information was fabricated and disseminated.

This evidence will be presented in the legal proceedings to substantiate our claims.

In consideration of an expeditious resolution, we propose a settlement amount of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) from AliExpress and/or Alibaba Group, encompassing punitive damages and compensation for emotional distress inflicted upon Solo District Records.

We sincerely hope to avoid protracted litigation and unnecessary escalation of this matter. However, should you choose to disregard our demands, we will not hesitate to involve relevant authorities, including congressional intervention if deemed necessary, to uphold the sanctity of our legal rights and protect consumers from further harm.

Please treat this matter with the utmost urgency, as it is in the best interest of all parties involved to reach an amicable resolution.

They charge my credit card twice for every item I ordered. Every item ship separate.

Ive never had this issue or dissatisfaction with other online stores. I told my son this is the last time Ill be ordering from this site/app.

I cant afford the over draft fees from my credit card company. I want my money back!

espero sea la última vez que tenga que repetir esto ya que llevo días diciendo lo mismo y ya estoy cansada

He tenido muchos inconvenientes con este producto incluso gastos médicos ya que el celular se recalento en mi oreja y ocaciono una lesión tanto auditiva como física , desde que me llego el articulo lo reporte que estaba en mal estado, se pagaba , se recalentado, estaba rayado , pantalla partida pareciera como si estuviese usado

Aliexpress debería asegurarse de no vender artículos que estén dañados y que causen daño a la salud de los compradores

Yes, I still have an issue with getting my refund. It's still been over a month.

They said they approve it and everything is good. And then they send me another email saying that it's not good and I have to return the defected item. Even though yeah, the description of the item is that it's not defective. And then now i'm out fifty dollars, which isn't a lot for some.But for me, fifty dollars is a lot.

They really take the seller side over the customer side. And of course the seller is going to deny my refund. So yeah, AliExpress isn't gonna give me this refund. Because it's like the seller reached out to me and said the screen is waterproof correct?

And then I told him The description that you put is not the same. That's what I received and since I already glued the phone together. Destroyed my original to put on the seller screen. I cannot just send it that because now I won't have a phone because my screen in the process of things.

Installing a new screen. If anyone has ever done it, you tend to ruin the original scream when removing, because the glass just breaks more. So they keep telling me to return the item, and then I'm at a double loss. I bought this item.That is defected.

My original is trash now. I can't use. I attach pictures of that the original. I hooked it up to a older phone so you can see that.

It's definitely destroyed compared to the one I got from the cellar, but I would have never even done this if the seller what have put in the.description that it is defective. Started claim 1/4/25 now it's 1/30/25.

Almost a month no refund after they said I'm right i don't have to return item and il get my refund case seller didn't put in description. I'm just pissed!

Hello! I am writing to you regarding an order placed with you under the number 304798****253387. The goods you sent are currently located in the Netherlands and have successfully cleared customs and been handed over to the postal company PostNL-Amsterdam 3 (A10), which must hand them over to bgpost. My concern is that the package will not be delivered to me because it is from the same place where my package is currently located under tracking number LS99236****NL. Parcels have been missing for 138 days from the post office in the Netherlands. I checked today at bgpost where I have a friend who guarantees me 100% that the parcel was not forwarded by PostNL to bgpost. My friend advised me to contact you and you as the sender of the parcel to check why the parcel was not forwarded to Bulgaria, to Bgpost, and has been in the post office in the Netherlands for 5 days now. According to the same scheme, 7 parcels disappeared from the same post office last year. Thank you in advance for your help.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I was given a full refund like I requested. I'm satisfied about that, but I would have rathered received what I ordered.

I made a purchase from the POCO Official Store in the name of my wife "RosaMiry De los Santos Saba" on AliExpress with shipping through UniUni. The tracking number UUS52C094791****433 says the package was delivered, but I never received it.

I contacted UniUni, and they admitted that the POD was invalid and that the package was lost, which was confirmed by an email they sent me, but the seller has not taken responsibility or offered a solution.

UniUni posted a photo of a package that is not mine, with a different tracking number, and also an undated delivery receipt, which is completely unacceptable. Despite this clear evidence of their error, the seller has neither resolved the issue nor offered me a refund.

I have sought every possible way to resolve this issue reasonably with them, but have not received any adequate response or solution.

I tried to open a dispute, but I got a message stating that I would not be refunded. I contacted the delivery company. They sent me an email admitting that the POD proof of delivery was invalid and that the package was declared lost.

Before opening a dispute, I would like Aliexpress to acknowledge the issue. I have all the evidence, the photos, and the email sent to me by the UNIUNI supervisor.

I would like to resolve this matter amicably.

If this problem is not resolved, I will proceed with a chargeback through my bank. The seller and AliExpress must take responsibility for this situation and take the necessary steps to resolve the issue with a full refund, given the evidence.

Well now I have the store owner saying that they're not giving me a refund and that courier company has the wrong address so now they want me to call the post office which the post office does not have my parcel to change the address so I really have no clue as to where this package is and neither does anybody else and as for refund a big fat no

And I was on the phone with customer service and called her and she brought me right out come out and said my name is Jose. Then proceeded to tell me either to take it or leave it when we are talking about in order and what she could do for me that's pretty rude of a customer service agent to do that to a customer or sorry not to do to say to a customer watch yourself with AliExpress that's all I got to say and my son also ordered a laptop from these guys Ally Express and got a keyboard and they refused to refund him on that so he lost $80 these people are crooks as far as I'm concerned be careful with shopping with AliExpress

The seller is running a scam through. On the order 819823****572545 I bought a product in which the seller created a fake shipping label and a fake signature with another tracking number of a product that was shipped somewhere else.

The label that the seller upload show my home address however that tracking number is for another address: kind of clever the way they did it. I went to the post office, and they were able to confirm that this label is fake and showed me proof that this tracking number is for another address.

I attached the fake shipping label and the fake documente that shows that I signed for it, also I attached the documente that the post office provided me indicating that this tracking number is for another address and no signature was required. Another proof that the seller is conducting a scam.

After confirming my order on AliExpress Canada, the screen changed from $CAD to $US currency and presented a lower version of the laptop. The order had been placed through phone messaging, not a notebook queue.

Any correspondence has become impossible. I sent multiple emails explaining my payments and the product I had ordered on the Canadian site. There has been no resolution or refund.

This is causing continuous frustration and aggravation in trying to seek a resolution. I am seeking advice on potential contacts to protect Canadian consumers, and to protect the Canadian market from such practices.

I ordered a Lego Titanic from AliExpress for $133 and the delivery expectation was the 3rd of February when I ordered it on the 25th of December. I contacted them through their online service and despite asking for a refund, I got a response back with a $0 refund solution. I just purchased a Steam Deck video game console PC and was supposed to have it shipped out to me through mail. As the days passed, 8 days have passed and it was still not at my door.

But I received an email stating that it has arrived at my front door. I don't see it. Please, I hope someone can resolve this issue. I'm very upset, not happy about the issue.

FedEx told me that it was sent to another address. It showed a picture of someone else's front door, and it was in another town. I've been an AliExpress customer for a long time.

I bought numerous things from you guys and never had an issue until now. If someone can send me out another one, that would be fine, or a refund.
