I am writing to you on behalf of Solo District Records, where I serve as the President, concerning a matter of utmost seriousness that necessitates immediate attention from AliExpress / Alibaba Group.
It is with great concern that I bring to your attention multiple violations of United States federal laws, including Title 18 U.S Code 1038 - False Information and Hoaxes, The Lanham Act, FTC Act, and the Inform Consumers Act, perpetrated through the operations of AliExpress, a platform under the purview of Alibaba Group.
Our grievance centers on the flagrant dissemination of false information on the AliExpress website, with the primary intent to manipulate consumer behavior, which, as per the laws mentioned, is unequivocally unlawful. We have observed a systemic issue wherein an automated system masquerades as a legitimate seller, deceiving consumers and infringing upon their rights to transparency and fair commerce.
Despite our diligent efforts to seek resolution through your customer service channels, we have been met with evasive responses and misleading statements.
Contrary to assurances provided, it has become apparent that either no genuine sellers exist on your platform, or their identities are deliberately obfuscated. This lack of accountability not only violates consumer protection laws but also undermines the principles of fair trade and integrity in commerce.
In accordance with the Inform Consumers Act, we demand immediate disclosure of the CEO's contact information prominently displayed on the AliExpress website, ensuring transparency and adherence to American civil rights acts. Furthermore, we assert that the rights afforded by laws supersede any internal policies set forth by business entities.
Failure to comply with these demands within thirty (30) days from the receipt of this letter will compel us to initiate legal proceedings. We hereby inform you of our intent to file a federal lawsuit in seven (7) days, seeking restitution for damages incurred by Solo District Records due to your egregious violations.
It is imperative to note that we possess irrefutable evidence of our interactions with your customer service representatives, wherein false information was fabricated and disseminated.
This evidence will be presented in the legal proceedings to substantiate our claims.
In consideration of an expeditious resolution, we propose a settlement amount of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) from AliExpress and/or Alibaba Group, encompassing punitive damages and compensation for emotional distress inflicted upon Solo District Records.
We sincerely hope to avoid protracted litigation and unnecessary escalation of this matter. However, should you choose to disregard our demands, we will not hesitate to involve relevant authorities, including congressional intervention if deemed necessary, to uphold the sanctity of our legal rights and protect consumers from further harm.
Please treat this matter with the utmost urgency, as it is in the best interest of all parties involved to reach an amicable resolution.

I love this store on aliexpress scammed me
I ordered a $500 refurbished Roland print head. My tech guy would not install it as he said the print head was all scratched and was not refurbished.
I love this store on aliexpress would not give a refund or resend another item. Refund denied.
I then opened an appeal and paid my tech guy $300 to install the print head and sure enough it did not work.
Aliexpress is getting really bad reviews and not looking after their buyers. Beware when buying high price items on aliexpress

LI ordered 2 heels and a human wig for my sisters wedding which is in two months. Pink shoes was small, very tight, the other shoes was damaged and the wig was not human as described.
I opened a dispute which is return and refund, I talked to the sellers they send me the address to return the shoes, I went to Canada post they charged me $30 for shipping per each making a total of $90. I told all the sellers the situation and asked them to send me a label to return their products but they said they dont have.
Im a customer and Im not satisfied with their product, I have the right to get my refund without any complications. I really need my refund, I want to buy another wig and shoes for my sisters wedding.

I've been a customer for over ten years. They charged me twice for the same order. They refuse to refund my money. I've been trying for 8 months. There is no way to speak to anyone that has any ability to even understand a complaint. They will repeat the same copied and pasted message via email over and over again. I have hundreds of screenshots of bank transactions, transactions from their own site, chats, emails, etc. Here is an example of the email I received in response to my complaint with all evidence attached to my message:

Regarding your query about the payment value of your order, please note the payment for each order could be received only once in our system. Possible reasons for double/multiple payments:
1. Payment was triggered multiple times and processed successfully. A refund will be processed to you automatically in this case. Normally, it takes 3-20 working days for you to receive it in your bank account.
2. Payment for another order with the same value. You may also go to 'My Order' and double-check if any other order with the same value under your account.
3. Bank hold on money temporarily. Sometimes, a bank sends a message for payment authorization first and deducts money from your account after payment is captured. In total, money will be removed only once in this case.
If you still have concern about this value, please double-check with the bank if possible.

Again, this transaction is 8 months old (December 8, 2023). There has been no bank error.
They stole $250 out of my bank account and refuse to return it. I've been promised a refund several times but they just ignore me and pretend it never happened even though I have screenshots of every chat and email.
This is an extremely dishonest company, with poor customer service, no address, phone number, or email available.
Your payment and personal information are clearly not safe since they can process transactions without your approval. You have no recourse once they do.
They hide their contact information, ignore consumer protection laws, and don't care about a customer's experience.

I have been through multiple disputes with Aliexpress and Paypal's so-called buyer protection now. They keep asking me to provide a tracking number for the returned item, after I sent photographs of what I received when I bought an S22 Ultra replacement full-screen. The seller sent me a box with seven or eight little clips and sealed bags of complimentary tools but no screen.
They were asked and showed a delivery receipt of that item, which is not what I ordered. I am out of pocket, while being asked to supply ridiculous information that doesn't exist, such as a return tracking number? There is nothing to return?! I got a foam box with no screen for my S22 Ultra.
On that order, I bought a Galaxy Note 8 screen, a Galaxy Note 8 battery, an S22 Ultra battery (all from other sellers on Aliexpress) which all came, and the S22 Ultra screen I was supposedly sent, according to the seller, was a foam box that a screen comes in, full of complimentary tools to replace the screen. I'm guessing this was done to replicate the weight of a screen.

After getting the polite brush off and being ignored by Aliexpress, I went to buyer protection in PayPal, which is why I use PayPal all the time, they have buyer protection. I think this is the second time in all the years I've been doing so that I have asked them to step in as an Aliexpress Seller Jastrol JCD has literally ripped me off. (I must add that if there is some situation where that shop is paying a drop shipping company and that secondary company has conned me, then I will admit my mistake but I have been in contact with the seller and they just keep showing a print of the delivery receipt of the empty box, saying they sent it... they know full well what they did, I think).
After I didn't receive my screen, I started to ask questions and investigate a bit. It didn't take much digging to find out they had already done this to someone in Italy also. The same thing happened, a foam box with a handful of clip sealed bags of complimentary tools for phone screen fixing-- but no screen.

I ordered three products from AliExpress: two Seiko watches and a DJI Phantom 4 Pro RTK Drone. The total value of my cart was CAD $11,000.
The first watch I received had a damaged mirror. When I filed a dispute, the team didn't even contact me to discuss what happened. They only issued a partial refund of $457.31 out of the $1,524.38 I paid. Order ID: 110633****333851.
For the second watch I ordered, it's showing as delivered everywhere on AliExpress. When I asked the seller, they also claimed it was delivered. I've spoken with the AliExpress dispute team multiple times, but they are not offering any refund and aren't listening to my concerns. They're just imposing their decision.
I went to Canada Post multiple times about this order, and after over three hours of discussion, they confirmed that the tracking number is invalid. They never received it, didn't deliver it, and it has no link with Canada Post. Order ID: 110634****223851. The last item I ordered was a drone worth $8,211.68.
Because I was already frustrated with AliExpress, I wanted to cancel this order before it was even shipped. I've been talking to the dispute team since that day, but after 30 days, it still arrived in Canada. Despite telling them I don't want this order, no one is listening to me, and they are not returning my money. Order ID: 110621****333851.
The whole amount of $11,000 has gone to waste. AliExpress is the worst website I've ever come across.

I ordered two items which turned out to be not as described and, therefore, not working properly. I submitted a return/refund and was offered a 50% refund, which I turned down as I would like to return the items and get a full refund (there's no point in keeping the items when I have no use for them).
Aliexpress then came back with a solution in which they offered no refund. This is absolutely ridiculous and absurd!

I wanted to buy a Sonny Angel Hipper and it was to be delivered to the UK. However, I never received the package.
So, I contacted the store owner about how to retrieve the package. I called the delivery company about this issue and they said it was going to be processed back to the store seller and that the window to pick it up has passed. I was upset about this and informed the owner, who then agreed to a refund. However, when Aliexpress stepped in, they essentially stated that a refund was not going to happen given the situation.
The store owner didn't argue with them, presumably because they wanted to keep the money.
Yes, I'm not purchasing from them again. They essentially cheated me.

Even giving zero stars is a huge reward. Any orders have tracking numbers that show where the order is if it didn't arrive.
Despite this, they will still reject your orders asking for more proofs and then reject your claim.
Essentially, customer service will also provide the same information and reject it, making it a true waste of time. What you should do is give them a bad review and uninstall the app for good.

Then, I received a call from the seller, DJ Sleepy Store, on WhatsApp asking me to pay them more money, but not through AliExpress or American Express - they wanted me to wire transfer the money to them directly.
When I refused, they told me to cancel my order and buy from someone else. DJ Sleepy Store is committing fraud and using AliExpress as a means to do this criminal act.

This app is not recommended for purchasing any item over 50 euro. It is full of scammers and are protected by AliExpress.
You can see in the pictures the seller does not have the item and still AliExpress supports its Chinese scammers and now i have to wait 42 days for order to be cancelled. Aliexpress has a default setting of refund as a bonus. Never ever take that or you will curse yourself because you will become there hostage and there is nothing that you can do.
You have to do shopping or get scammed. Amazon and other platform are far better than aliexpress.

Dear AliExpress official, I purchased a Window Cleaning Robot through your application on June 11, 2024, with order number 303665****438884. On June 24, 2024, I received an E-Mail stating that the package was delivered.
However, no package was delivered to me. With the Send Tracking Number sent by you, I inquired on the local distributor DHL shipment tracking website. The package belonging to the shipment tracking number given to me was delivered to a different name and another address. I sent the documents I obtained from the DHL website to the Customer Services Service.
I've done this many times. Each time they requested a signed and sealed document from me. I called DHL customer service: They said that there was no shipment registered in my name, the Shipment Tracking Number belonged to someone else, so they could not give me information. I conveyed this conversation to your Customer Service and re-sent the documents I obtained from the internet, clearly stating to whom the delivery was made.
I asked your Customer Services Service that they can also inquire to whom the delivery was made and to let me know who the delivery was made to. However, I received the same answer again: Send signed and sealed documents. Dear Sir/Minister, I have been after the package for 3 weeks, which I paid for, I do not even know whether it was sent to me or not, and I definitely did not receive it. They request from me information to whom the package was delivered, which the seller or sender company can easily access.
According to the DHL company, the Shipment Tracking Number sent to me belongs to another name and they cannot provide documentation about the shipment that does not belong to me. The name and address of delivery are clearly visible on their website and I have sent these documents to you. I have been purchasing from AliExpress for many years. I'm afraid it won't happen again, because you made me suffer and tired me out a lot.
Please investigate this situation and respond to me.

I was scammed by an Emily Lynn and her alliances on Telegram under false pretence that she was helping people complete online orders for AliExpress as a work from home kind of thing and makes you complete tasks for her and she pays you R3890per task completed.
I worked her for a week completing tasks for her account and I had earned R3900 on my AliExpress account and I deposited the R300, because the system doesnt allow you to complete tasks if your balance is below, after the 1st deposit I tried to complete task 1 however it wanted a deposit of 5000 which I deposited and when I tried on the 2nd task it asked me to deposit R2700 and I did and when I tried to withdraw it told me to complete the 3rd task, on the 3rd task it asked for R600000 mind you Im still on the 1st tier for R20000 and I have not even got commission from them or done a single withdrawal. I asked them to remove the task or modify they kept telling me I was lucky I was getting big orders and will be making good commission, I tired chatting with support which I even doubt its them and they told me to take a loan, even sent me links as to where to look for these loans to get the 30000 can you imagine, these people had already scammed me R243000 and still want to transfer me another R30000k, now my AliExpress account is on a positive 401000k and I can't withdraw my money and they keep sending me links to take up loans to get this R35000 I have reported the issue with the police and Capitec Bank

They must be custom built to strict measurements and customer hair samples by reputable professionals. Unless you don't mind wearing something that resembles a fur hat.
