BAD VERY BAD ,NoW they say they want $70 for postage and If I don't pay they will close the case in 48hrs that's final ,but I already payed for the tablet and I payed another £18 to send it back so I said no more money and it's a con ! What do I do ??

I bought a 14' tablet and they sent a 10', so I sent it back on 24th/2/25 at 11:07 am to the address given by the seller. The tracking number is RN51191****GB; also on the receipt is PRN 0216 D096 026F D8D7, and it was sent to the seller's address in Portugal PT518129 VALONG.

This page will only let me take pictures but won't let me download screenshots. I tried to complain a month ago, but AliExpress said I have to wait 30 days, but now it's saying that it's closed. Now I'm missing £130 as I paid £18 for postage and £107. I have proof of postage, but I can't upload them to the seller's page as it keeps coming up with loads of x's.

So I managed to send a video showing the receipt, and I sent it signed for, so I know they received the parcel. I'm disgusted with AliExpress and the bad service, and if I don't get this resolved, I will never use them again. I spend £100's every month online, and AliExpress is the worst ever.

My number in the UK is 0744745****, and I have 2 emails: steviestix65@***.com and lightning.lightco@***.com. This is so unfair to treat a disabled person like this.

I am writing to you to express my deep dissatisfaction with the customer service and high-level escalation team.
I have ordered a keyboard from AliExpress and I never received it because of the negligence of the delivery personnel.
Here is a step-by-step event of the order:
- I received an email confirmation that someone signed for my package. However, none of my family members were present in the apartment.
- I talked with the apartment manager and checked the CCTV footage; no one signed for the package.
- After that, I messaged the seller and the seller said he did not choose the logistics; AliExpress did. So, the seller directly blamed AliExpress for this.
- I asked for a refund and, as usual, AliExpress asked for evidence. I tried to contact the logistics (Emile Express) and they do not have any contact number.
The only way you can talk with them is through chat, which they did after 3 days.
Now please think about my situation; I don't have the package and I cannot even talk with anyone from the logistics. How can I provide proof within 3 days?
- AliExpress rejected the refund.
- After that, I appealed and that was also rejected by AliExpress.
Each time, AliExpress asked me to check with logistics.
- After trying many times, finally someone from Emile Express responded and admitted that the package was lost due to the negligence of the driver.
- I have taken screenshots of the chats with the Emile Express agent and escalated the issue to a higher level. And then the higher level rejected my appeal again, letting me know that my evidence was not valid.

After providing all this information to the higher level of the AliExpress team, they said that my evidence is not valid.
My questions for you:
- On what grounds did the AliExpress agent say my evidence was not valid?
- Why should I be the one to contact the logistics for a lost package? Did I choose logistics?
I paid $27 for my package delivery charge, but I still lost my package! Whose fault is this? Was this my fault?
- Even if AliExpress thinks that my evidence was not valid, then AliExpress contacted the logistics (Emile Express) to find further confirmation.
One big question: the logistics could never provide any proof of the signed document to me, although I asked for this. You can look at the chat once more.
This definitely was not signed by anyone in the apartment; however, the driver was too lazy to drop my package at my door. The delivery driver lied.
Now why am I writing this email for such a small amount?
The answer is simple:
- I have been a loyal customer of AliExpress for ages and this is the first time that I have felt AliExpress did not value me as a customer.
Instead, AliExpress forced me to contact logistics for further clarification while I was not the one who selected the logistics. It was AliExpress who did that.
- Additionally, the higher-level escalation team rejected the proof, and I want to know on what basis they have done so.
- Even if AliExpress did not believe me, why did AliExpress not contact the logistics by themselves?
This is clearly harassment. AliExpress harassed me.
I do not expect this kind of approach from AliExpress and I will not let this go so easily.

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to report a serious issue concerning a recent transaction and the subsequent unauthorized access to my account. I purchased an item from a seller Cohariss ANMEI Human Hair Wig Official Store, that was advertised as legitimate but proved to be a counterfeit.

We had a clear agreement of full payment of refund due to the nature of the item being fake.

Despite this, the seller fraudulently logged into my account and initiated a refund request of 1, which is a clear attempt to avoid their responsibility for selling a fraudulent item and to obscure the full amount owed to me. I have reported this seller and the unauthorized account access, but I have not received a resolution or a full refund of my original payment.

As evidence, I provide images demonstrating the seller's lack of cooperation and refusal to address the refund or the account compromise. Despite being a long-standing customer, this experience has been exceptionally poor and has severely impacted my trust in your platform.

I am requesting an immediate refund for the full amount of my original purchase.

I am not willing to continue this protracted process with the seller. If a satisfactory resolution is not provided promptly, I will be compelled to consider legal action to recover my funds

One Seller had listed a listing for10pcs of 2 prong microphone and told me I can re-sell. And encouraged me to sell them, then

sell some of them, So he gave me s deal I couldn't pass up.

I had like $16.00 left in my budget, because I'm not working and on disability over 2 decades. So then he said I could buy as many order as I wanted, bit the program automatically Only accepted one transaction. The page read "0 mics left" (paraphrasing). So when the package got here there was only 1 microphone in it.

The seller ignored and avoided me, (spoke to 17 reps over 3 weeks.) I didn't think the rip off was purposely done., Ali express promised me my refund (i didn't see it yet), So in Short I felt like it was a scam, because he i like laughing behind my back, The money was not the issue, it was the deal, I was going to modify the mics, by inserting a pre-amp and echo/reverb board. So at this time, It has be sitting there :"UNDER PROCESS"., the entire 17 reps said the same thing they were reading a script.

But I somehow feel I'm being made a mockery and looking for justice and I have it on my own, these people are protecting AliExpress and it is obvious. It is real shady.

I am on chat daily with the agent, sending proof of the request for a refund for the wrong size received. I ordered a small helmet for my 4-year-old boy, but received a large one. The agent advised me to send it back and that I would receive a refund, and now they are refusing to refund me, pretending that there is not enough proof of the tracking number, which you can find in the return receipt as a reference number from the postage receipt and also the shipping address. I feel that this is a joke; what they are doing with me now and refusing to refund me for the item, which cost £23 and the refund item was £28.80, is a lot of cost for nothing, and only because someone was an irresponsible person unable to read that I ordered a small helmet, not a large one, which they sent to me.

Please sort out this problem because it has been ongoing for more than a month, and I am daily on chat with the agent. After the reassurance from an agent that all would be fine and not to be worried, I received the same email: unfortunately, we cannot make the refund.

I've been using AliExpress for a couple of years without major issues until recently. I ordered three cat brooches and three rabbit brooches, but instead, I received a silver ring and a gold ring. I contacted customer service and submitted a return request.

I tried every available return reason:

Wrong item sent - Rejected

Missing parts - Rejected

The description is misleading - Rejected

Each time, I submitted all required documents: photos, videos, seller communication, tracking info, and even official documentation from the logistics company. Each time, I was told it was insufficient.

The customer service chat was completely unhelpful and repeatedly misled me. Even though the purchase was under Choice Policy, I was told I'd be charged $10 per return label, but the label never generated. Now I'm being pushed to return the wrong item to Hong Kong at my expense ($30), for a $10 purchase.

This is a scam. Even a 5-year-old child will spot the difference between the item delivered by AliExpress and what I ordered. It's fraudulent, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. AliExpress places the entire burden of proof on the customer, only to reject claims and wear you down until you give up. It leaves you feeling scammed, frustrated, and frankly, insulted.

I highly do NOT recommend AliExpress. After this experience, I will never buy anything from them again.

Had to call my bank and filed a dispute because there customer service reps or just robots even though they taught to say you're talking to a live agent they they don't hear nothing you say about refunds or none of that and keep sending them all this information and they're saying we're looking into it and they're not even looking at nothing it's just all lip service

I had bought a toy for my nephew. I emailed the vendor and told him my shipping address.

In the beginning of the process on their website, they had an old address. I could not remove the address from the website in forms of several emails or messages to the vendor to change the address, so the package was stolen. I asked for a refund. They were supposed to have a guarantee for package delivery and all this other stuff.

That's what the price of crap is: lies, and you will never get a refund from these people.

Do not ever buy from them. I spent a lot, but no move until I get a refund.

I placed an order, and it got lost in transit. They couldn't give me an updated tracking number, and my package was delivered but never delivered to this address.

Now they are refusing to give me my refund, and I was taken for like $70. I need help, and I need my money back because I never received what I was supposed to be getting. Not to mention NPK can't even give me a legitimate logistics company that carried my package. I've called USPS, which was supposed to be one of the carriers, but they didn't have it.

I've called Cainyo, I've called 1ST, I've called them all, I've emailed them all. No one is talking to me, and I'm fixing to be scammed out of a lot of money.

Yo siempre le hice preguntas al vendedor sobre el teléfono y solo respondía cosas sinbsentido el sabia que el teléfono estaba en mal estado y aun así lo envió sin importar el daño que pudo causar no tengo dinero ni para comer porque gracias a esta situación estoy sin trabajo de donde voy a sacar dinero para pagar la devolución aparte estoy en el puto hospital no puedo salirme así como así la salud es primero y deberían de tener más consideración ya que esto es ocacionado por ustedes bo es posible que esata situación ya valla para 2 meses y yo aun esperando el dinero para poder hacerme exámenes que me mandaron los médicos y ustedes solo viendo por el bienestar del vendedor y to donde quedo que he perdido todo por un maldito teléfono de *** que no sirve leean no puedo salir del hospital y tampoco tengo dinero para devolver el teléfono más bien paguen me ustedes todo lo que he perdido y todo lo que he tenido que gastar me quedesin dinero sin mis ahorros gracias a esto espero pronta respuesta y porfavor lean no sigan dando la misma respuesta ya que no resuelve nada en mi pueblo no ay envíos internacionales estoy en el hospital entiendan Dios mio CryCryCryCryCryCryCryCryCryCryCry no tengo dinero para devolver el producto no tengo ni para comer dios mio que calvario haber hecho esta compra no tienen consideración de los compradores solo benefician al vendedor cuando no debería ser así pongo evidencia del daño

1 Como pretenden que salga del hospital solo para cumplir el capricho de entregar el maldito teléfono que me causó daños físicos

2 no tengo dinero ni para comer ahora voy a tener dinero para pagar el envío por Dios sean coherentes

3 en mi pueblo no ay envíos internacionales

4 sean más empaticos con sus clientes llevo más de 1 mes diciéndoles rogándole que porfavor me devuelvan mi dinero ya que tengo que hacerme unos exámenes medios y a ustedes no les a importado quise hablar con el vendedor y le dije el daño que me causó el teléfono que el sabía que estaba en mal estado y su respuesta fue que el que tenía que ver con eso

Entonces como es posible que yo lleve 1 mes comunicandone con ustedes osea con aliexpress y su única respuesta es que tengo que devolver el teléfono como sea

Acaso no entienden que esto se trata de mi salud ? Que gracias que venden artículos en mal estados estoy en el hospital y eso a ustedes no les ha importado necesito mi dinero completo lo más pronto posible que horrible experiencia comprar en aliexpress
