Payment Failed of My Order

My payment failed since 3 days past. No body help me. Number of time contacted support team but matter still no resolved. My payment card is ok, propely linked with aliexpress app/wallet and verified. Its aliexpress software bug. Now i am fed up with aliexpress because its help system is very poor and customer representatives have nit access to check the accounts issues. I was trying to contact customer service many times. Its waste time. In my case. The system required provide a copy of personal ID for verify. But its not right. We cant submit our a copy of personal ID on website in United States. Its not safe!

We are talking serious here. Check the upload photos below to understand my situation. I ordered white/new phone and received black/used phone. I wish I can put the seller in jail although I could return the phone hence refund. But that a damn waste of time. 6 weeks receiving the item, 6 weeks returning, 2 weeks getting refund, maybe another 6 weeks receiving new phone from a diff trustworthy seller. Around 5 months process (so insane) to be finally happy. Be careful people,,, Note, the seller tried blocking me from writing a review about his selling method. Put that in mind...

My order was purchased from XFront store on April /18/ 2022 all 3 orders together from different Seller but one of the most expensive order from XFront Store didnt arrived the day noted by the seller in the AliExpress app it doesnt show tracking number or the item moving at all to begin with I was expecting this missing order to arrive on time may / 3 / 2022 or a week later but still nothing I have contacted PayPal but they said seller showed them proof of item been delivered not sure how that came about I still waiting Be aware

I havent received my order because they lost it and they havent gave me my refund yet. Its about to be a month on the 8th that my order has been lost and I havent gotten a refund. They are giving me the run around about my refund saying I have to say I received my order give them a 5 star and good feedback in order to get my refund.

I ordered 2 ear cuffs I did not receive I contacted the seller she said Im sorry we are out of stock and asked to open a dispute. The dispute was finished in her favour she some how told them that they have sent the item which I never received Im not angry about the money but just hate the dishonesty of sellers still waiting for refund she wont pay although she didnt have the product in stock

Different cards used to make payment of orders bt this company rejects it. My bank Wells Fargo denies the problem comes from them bt from Ali Express. Frstrating that I have my money but cannot make purchase. That is a shame
