march 27, 2026 - I paid for a REEWES black short flip wig with bangs, synthetic hair, women pinup do retro hairstyle, 60s beehive wig, Halloween costume party wig {received the wrong items April 4}. This seller was incompetent and sent the wrong items {see picture below}.
The store page states there is a free return policy for items, but in the process of going through the steps to return these items, I was told in emails I would have to pay to have the shipping label printed and physically go to a UPS store to post it back to the seller, sending back $3.00 worth of stuff, which ends up costing me $6 to $8 or more.
Some of the sellers, like this one on AliExpress, are a gamble; you never know if any seller will send you what you did not pay for. There might be an unpleasant and lengthy hassle of straightening this stuff out after you have spent hundreds on much more expensive items {s}.

- On March 4, Klarna charged $64 in two payments that must be canceled; a $104 full payment was charged; please call 702-738-****.
This company is garbage. There is no way for me to reach out to AliExpress regarding overcharge from a third-party company. Klarna company says that I need to directly contact Aliexpress but there's no way to contact them.
On 4 March, I purchased an order the website did not successfully go through the first time and so I used a third-party paying app - KLARNA - I was charged $64 in two payments that needs to be canceled. When I see it didn't go all the way through.
I did a second payment full amount for the $104 and change.
The first one I would like to cancel for $64 with payments. Please call me back 702-738-****

Hello, good day. I have an issue about my payment in AliExpress.
I sent my money to pay by Bank Muscat account, but suddenly when the OTP came, I pressed it. Then I sent a larger amount and took all my money in my account.
I want my money to be refunded. I sent my receipt from the bank upon my online payment.

My credit card was scammed by using your information
- Email was sent with an old shipping order; I asked not to send.
- My card was charged; I had to cancel it; please call 541660****.
I was sent an email of the exact shipping order that you used months ago. I returned email saying, do not send.
They got my information charged my credit card.
I had to cancel credit card, I do enjoy using ali express, but definitely in the future, need to be able to have contact with a person to figure it out better, please call [PHONE_NUMBER]. So I can feel more confident using you in the future.

- Since Feb 2, Zappycart said they couldn't deliver to my address.
- I've contacted AliExpress daily; they request documents and I've uploaded six times.
I have been dealing with them since February 2. Zappycart said they couldn't deliver to my address.
Since then, I contacted AliExpress every day. It's now February 22, and they keep wanting me to upload documents. I did it six times. It's a run-around.
Do not buy from AliExpress; they steal people's money. Don't buy; they steal.

Como podem verificar sou um cliente que há vários anos compro na Aliexpress, já comprei milhares de euros de artigos. Agora estão a fazer isto por 9,57.
É asssim que tratam os clientes.Na vossa solução terei de adiantar mais dinheiro para receber algo que veio com defeito e amassado.
