I was told to wait for my battery order to arrive by the seller. order was valued $713USD The seller went into radio silence, would not reply to emails or aliexpress messages, and when I contact customer support, because the time had expried, they said nothing they can do.

I contacted aliexpress customer service 3 time, was told they would refund my money and even provide a courtesy refund due to the time for disputes expiring. but nothing.

I spent hours trying to get this resolved with the seller and aliexpress customer service using their hopeless chat sessions over 6 weeks, but got nowhere. We frustrating experience.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Its your fault.

You said it was 713 USD??? And you did not care about Buyer Protection or the time it was expiring?

They even send you an email if its expiring (3 days further)...

Come on are you serious. Nobody can help you now, only a courtesy.

Accept it and dont blame anybody for that. Just pay attention to what you buy next time.

That wouldnt happened if youd opened a dispute. Just easily full refund if product not arrived in 60 days.
